Jess has worked as a Kite consultant since 2017, having a broad range of experience in the dairy and grassland sector. Now based in the Midlands and working nationally, Jess’s main area of work is business consultancy, helping dairy farms with budgeting, monitoring, business development plans and financial restructuring plans, to develop efficient, profitable businesses.
