Emily Salisbury

Emily grew up on a diversified dairy farm in Suffolk and is now based in East Kent. She graduated from Harper Adams University with a degree in Agriculture with Farm Business Management and completed a placement with a farm business consultancy firm, gaining experience in financial analysis, crop planning, contract farming agreements and bookkeeping. She is passionate about supporting farmers to improve farm business management, with a strong belief in the value of benchmarking. Emily has a strong interest in youngstock and heifer rearing, and a particular passion for people management and team development. Her practical experience spans the UK and several trips to New Zealand working on pasture-based dairy systems, where she gained hands-on experience in calf rearing.
