A keen interest in human behaviour, coupled with her experience managing people and leading teams means Becki is able to effectively support you with managing people in your business.
She specialises in recruitment for senior farm roles; including everything from defining & writing job descriptions, adverts and advertising, shortlisting and interviewing through to negotiating and appointing successful candidates.
In conjunction with recruiting high level candidates, she works with farm owners and their teams to implement effective people management processes to aid retention, including whole farm labour reviews and restructuring, staff performance reviews and team meetings, designing and implementing protocols and team training programmes.
Rachael Madeley Davies
Rachael has practical experience managing both large and small teams with experience of developing HR frameworks including developing staff handbooks, people policies and appraisal procedures. Rachael also has experience of pension auto-enrolment and redundancy consultations.
Rachael has an LLB and was called to the Bar in 2008 where she specialised in Employment including tribunals and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Rachael’s specifics interests are improving productivity, staff motivation and resolving people issues.
Jo has extensive experience in delivering leadership & people management advice and training to business leaders and their teams in the areas of:
- staff training and development around cow handling and cow signals
- coaching and mentoring individuals and teams
- personal development
- family succession planning
Jo graduated in 2001 with a BSc (Hons) in Agriculture with Animal Science and has a post graduate diploma in Psychology as well as a Diploma in coaching.
She has worked in herd management roles, knowledge transfer roles and consultancy over the last 30 years of her career and continues to undertake further professional development in; cow signals, people signal’s, advanced facilitation, life coaching, mentoring and facilitating and mediating family meetings around succession. Jo is based in the north east and works across the north delivering Leadership & People Management consultancy, alongside running discussion groups and working on a number of projects.
