Dane De-Boorder

Growing up in a farming family, Dane developed a foundational passion for the industry through early experience in contracting and relief milking whilst completing his BSc (Hons) in IT. After gaining valuable professional skills in team management and project solutions within the international IT sector, he returned to agriculture to apply this expertise to dairy farm management. Over the last eight years, he successfully managed a closed herd under a premium contract, notably increasing milk output by 32% while fostering strategic partnerships with neighbouring arable and livestock enterprises.

Now based in Herefordshire, Dane is focused on driving business efficiency and profitable change by combining practical, research-led solutions with lean management principles. He is dedicated to getting the basics right and collaborating effectively with staff to improve overall farm performance.
