Herbert Pickford

Herbert joined Kite as a graduate in September 2026 after achieving a BSc (Hons) in Agriculture from the University of Nottingham. Having grown up on his family’s mixed dairy and arable farm in Wiltshire, he has gained hands-on experience across all aspects of farm operations, alongside valuable insight into the wider agri-food supply chain during his placement year. Through his studies and practical experience, Herbert has developed a keen interest in dairy cow nutrition and is excited by the opportunity to improve the performance and profitability of dairy farms.
