Harriet Bayley

Harriet is based in Derbyshire, where she grew up on her family’s dairy farm. She is currently completing her placement year with us as part of her Agriculture with Farm Business Management degree at Harper Adams University. She is passionate about supporting farmers to improve business performance, with a particular interest in cost of production and benchmarking. She also has a keen interest in how farm businesses are structured with regard to effective team and people management.
