Molly Swatman

Molly recently joined Kite as a Graduate, having graduated from Harper Adams University with a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Agriculture with Animal Science. Originally from North Wiltshire and now based in Cheshire, she came from a non-farming background but developed a passion for the industry after working on a dairy farm, which led Molly to pursue a degree in Agriculture.

During Molly’s degree placement year, she worked for a bovine genetics company and has milked across a range of dairy systems including an autumn block-calving, grass-based herd and all-year round indoor housed system. She has a particular interest in maximizing youngstock efficiency, recognizing its importance in driving long-term herd performance.

Outside of work, Molly is actively involved in Young Farmers and currently serves as Vice Chairlady of Altrincham Young Farmers Club in Cheshire.
