Everywhere, companies are signing up to carbon-neutral or net-zero pledges. Hardly a day goes by without the announcement that
a major company has committed to a 2030 or 2050 goal. These pledges are part of a broader global movement to reach 2050 net-zero emissions, which it is hoped will limit global warming to 1.5 to 2°C above pre-industrial levels.
